Our stainless steel chimneys with vermiculite insulation are a high-quality flue system.
The inner tube is made of grade 304 stainless steel, 0.8 mm thick, ensuring heat resistance and corrosion resistance.
The outer tube is made of grade 430 stainless steel, 0.5 mm thick, providing structural strength and protection against external elements.

Advantages of Stainless Steel Chimneys with Vermiculite over Stone Wool:

  • Heat Resistance:

    Vermiculite withstands temperatures up to 1300 °C — far higher than stone wool can handle. For a chimney exposed to extreme heat fluctuations, this is essential.

  • Durability:

    Vermiculite stands the test of time. It retains its properties throughout its entire service life, whereas stone wool gradually loses its effectiveness, especially when exposed to moisture.

  • Eco-Friendliness and Safety:

    Under intense heat, vermiculite does not release harmful substances. Unlike stone wool, it remains clean and safe — for you and for the air in your sauna.

  • Density:

    The denser structure of vermiculite provides better thermal insulation and increased reliability. The heat stays inside the pipe instead of being wasted.
